For landlords looking for an effective way to advertise we offer 3
different services. We are sure that from the information below you
will find the most effective way to advertise your properties.
Your property will be placed on our property list, mailing list and
website at a cost of £10.00 for every 4 weeks. We will then contact
you when a potential tenant wishes to view the property.
If the property is then let to tenants introduced to you by us,
the following charges will apply:

£30.00 for the first tenant

£5.00 for each additional tenant
|
For example if we found a group of five tenants for a five bed
property the total would be £50.00.
The calculation being £30.00 + ( 4 x £5.00 ). We are
sure you will find these prices unbeatable.

We will display your property on a well presented display board in
our office front for 4 weeks. The details of your property with YOUR
name and contact number will be printed on an A6 size card and
placed on the board. People who stop to look in our window will then
be able to contact you directly.
For 1 - 5 adverts:
£15.00 each for 4 weeks
For 6 - 10 adverts: £12.00 each for 4
weeks
For 11+ adverts:
£10.00 each for 4 weeks
For the busy landlord, or perhaps those who don't live close enough
to their properties, we offer a letting only service. We will
we place your property on our property list, mailing list, office
front and website at a cost of £10.00 for every 4 weeks. We will
then personally show all prospective
tenants around the property and deal with arrangements for setting
up the tenancy.When we let the property for you the following charges apply:

1 weeks rent for the whole property (£95 minimum)
