If you are looking to sell your property we are sure that Leeds & Northern can provide for all of your needs. Below is the standard deal that we offer to all our customers, but being a flexible company we are more than happy to do a tailor make package to suit your particular requirements.

If you have chosen to sell your property with Leeds & Northern, the initial charge for the service is £125.00 which covers you for the "Standard Advertising Service" the details of which are listed below:   

   •   Advertising (internal publication)

   •   Advertising on our website

   •   Erecting "FOR SALE" board

   •   Taking photographs

   •   Printing Sales Particulars

We also have a list of "Optional Promotional Services", these charges are not fixed as the price will depend on the sellers requirements and the particulars of the property in question:

   •   Advertising (external publication, newspaper)

   •   Printing special broachers or sales particulars

   •   Erecting a larger than the standard size "FOR SALE" board

   •   Taking larger or additional photographs

   •   Cutting extra sets of keys

We will then promote the property from our office, handing and sending out property details, and showing potential clients around the building. When the property has been sold there is a remuneration of 0.75% of the final selling price, or a minimum of £195.00 which ever is greater. We are sure that you will find this charge to be very competitive.
